Lace is placed strategically to help tighten shoes but since it has no tongue, lace often comes as a design.

Cons

Shoes are narrow on the size. If you have a chunkier foot I suggest getting a size bigger. Soles are quite thin making it good for flat surfaces only. Walking on uneven surface will make you feel the uneven surfaces and using them in gravel surfaces will make you feel those loose rocks. It is also lightweight making long trails and long hikes very much bearable.

Cons

If your foot is on the chunkier or wider side, you might need to double think on the size since the shoes have a very narrow body. Buying Guide

If this review has got you thinking of getting a pair of women’s tennis shoes already, make sure to consider some of these guides on your upcoming purchase:

  • Always make sure that the item is an original and not a counterfeit.
  • Check if shoes are true to their size. You wouldn’t want to end up looking like McDonald’s on your new shoes or end up with squeezed feet if it’s too small.
  • Know your needed arch support or if you can add your personal arch support to the shoe.
  • A cushioned shoe isn’t always comfy. Some padded shoes squeeze your feet too much so instead of being comfortable you end up getting sore feet.
  • Know your usage. It’s best to know where or when do you plan to use the shoes so that you can be able to choose which one is the best.

All are nothing but good shoes but we personally like ASICS Women’s Gel-Dedicate 5 Tennis Shoe. It’s true to its size and can protect your feet and your toes while it gives you comfort. It’s a value, for its price of $65; it actually has all the functionality you need to play tennis, to do long walks and also run.
